Abstract: We will discuss the volume of isolated singularity $(X,O)$. For every finite morphism of isolated singularities we will describe the relationship between the volumes of these singularities. If $X$ is $\mathbb Q$-Gorenstein then $Vol(X,O)=0$ iff $X$ has lc singularities.
