Dimension reduction in predictive modeling: new problems and methods II A. V. Bernshtein
Abstract: In the new approach to functional dimension reduction, tangential proximity is required. It will be explained heuristically how to estimate the Jacobian matrix based on the multidimensional data at hand and then to built a mapping for which the estimated matrix provides the Jacobian.
