Abstract:
We are interested in $G$-birational equivalence of varieties where $G$ is a finite group. Kontsevich-Tschinkel and Kresch-Tschinkel have developed symbol formalism to construct invariants that show rich internal structure. We present examples of their computation in a number of situations.
