Аннотация: We introduce the lattice model of polymer with nonlocal energy functional. Minima of energy for this model have the structure of combinations of lattice models of secondary structures of proteins (alpha-helices and beta-chains). We describe all conformations with minimal energy for sufficiently short lattice polymers. |
