Аннотация:
My communication is devoted to some questions of a general theory of boundary value problems for partial differential equations and contains results of the author. The available methods for studying such problems are closely related to the type of equation and are not suitable for a more or less general or non-classical formulation. In particular, new methods for investigating such problems are proposed and it is shown what results of their application in specific cases.
