Аннотация: Black holes more than an order of magnitude heavier than the Planck mass can be described in detail by using only Quantum Field Theory on a curved background, complemented with a unitarity condition for matter passing a horizon. This condition appears to be unique, leading to a very special doctrine, giving new hopes for finding a systematic treatment of quantum gravity.
