Neighbourhood theory

Abstract: The principles, model and objectives of the neighbourhood theory introduced by the speaker are presented: - Model and problems of Neighbourhood Theory. - Neighbourhood and general algorithm for calculating neighbouring points. - Fundamental neighbourhood criterion. Central theorem on the limitness of the fundamental neighbourhood criterion. - Connectivity coefficient and its calculation algorithm. - Quasi-metric of neighbourhood, internal and boundary points, difference (differential) operators, Voronoi regions, neighbouring spherical layers, density of the geodesics.
