Abstract: The talk comprehends the definition of the concept of the so-called p-convex function on the interval, considers properties of such functions, formulates an analogue of the Jensen’s inequality. The latter allows to substantiate inequalities generalizing Cauchy, Cauchy-Bunyakovsky, Huygens, Ky Fan inequalities.
