Estimates of analogues of incomplete Kloostermann sums P. V. Snurnitsyn M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: In the series of papers (1993-1997), A.A. Karatsuba obtained some estimates for the analogues of incomplete Kloostermann sums and considered theirs applications to some arithmetical problems. In the talk, we will give a survey of further results in this topic and describe one generalization of Karatsuba's method.
