On the uniqueness of the simultaneous determination of thermal conductivity and volume heat capacity

Abstract: Given the temperature at certain points of the body and at the initial instant, the converse problem of simultaneously finding the temperature-dependent thermal conductivity and volume heat capacity is considered. It is shown that these quantities can be uniquely determined.
