On a certain class of implicit finite-difference schemes

Abstract: Implicit non-linear monotonic divergence finite-difference approximations are considered for differential equations of first order with respect to time. The schemes are shown to be solvable in the class of bounded functions. Results relevant to the properties of the solutions of linear implicit schemes are obtained.
