Abstract: Uniqueness theorems for the Maxwell’s equations and existence and uniqueness theorems for the volume singular integral equations in the problems of electromagnetic-wave scattering by bounded three-dimensional inhomogeneous anisotropic bodies, including lossless bodies and media with discontinuous parameters, are proved.

Key words: electromagnetic-wave scattering problems, Maxwell's equations, lossless media, anisotropic media, volume singular integral equations.
