On a problem from the Dickson book

Abstract: We study diophantine properties of a K3 surface representing the tetrahedrons with integer edges. A survey of known results is given and inaccuracies in known formulas are corrected. We compare certain known rational curves, and explore relations between rational curves and rational points.
