Abstract:
{\small Shafeev E. R. Linear bijective maps preserving the chainable index. The chainable index is a combinatorial invariant of nonnegative matrices, which is important in describing their properties, along with the scrambling-index and exponent. In this work, linear bijective maps that preserve either the minimal or the maximal value of the chainable index are characterized. As a corollary, a characterization of linear bijective maps that preserve all values of the chainable index is obtained.
