Abstract: In the article we present new conditions of maximality of deficiency indices of matrix Schrödinger operators with point interactions. Also we found new conditions of self-adjointness and maximality of deficiency indices of some class of perturbed block Jacobi operators. Conditions of discreteness of their spectrum are also obtained.
