On control of monodromy operator spectrum by disturbance with rank one

Abstract: The paper presents the disturbance with rank one that changes the simple spectrum of periodic linear system monodromy operator by such way that the spectrum of disturbed system monodromy operator hasn't specified multipliers. The disturbance for periodic heat conduction equation is considered also.
