Scientific-methodological and instrumental means of decision-making support on creation and modernization of distributed information-management systems of organizational type
Abstract:
Scientific-methodical and instrumental means of decision selection on creation and modernization of distributed information-management systems of organizational type are proposed. Scientific and methodological means include a typical structure of distributed information-management systems of organizational type, a formalized statement of the problem of selecting solutions for their creation (development), as well as scientific and methodological apparatus for solving this problem. Instrumental means include the implemented version of the software complex of decision-making support, which allows in the automated mode to form a rational variant of decisions on the development, manufacture and extension of operation of automation complexes for control bodies from the composition of distributed information-management systems of organizational type.
