Abstract:
We study the problem of optimal distribution of different types of means of defense according to different types of means of attack on distant approaches to the defended objects, when precise information on the target distribution of the means of attack is missing. As a criterion, the difference between the sides' losses is used, the problem of its optimization in a continuous statement is studied. An explicit expression is obtained for the defense loss function, based on the criteria for ordering of defense attacks by E.A.Berzin, which leads in the general case to the heterogeneity of the parties ’resources to a concave mathematical programming problem that can be solved by a gradient lift method.
