5-Dimensional cosmological model with anisotropic pressure

Abstract: We consider the gravitational model with one extra spatial dimension and suppose anisotropic pressure in this dimension. We obtain and investigate cosmological solutions of the Einstein equations in this model, describing accelerated expansion of the Universe at late age of its evolution. We analyze observational data for type Ia supernovae on the base of this model.
