Control over oscillation frequencies of resilient electromechanical system

Abstract: As a result of an electromagnetic effect, some changes of tough and inertia properties of vibration system can be caused. The groups of controlled partial frequencies while using different reactive components (condenser, inductance coil) and their combinations have been determined.
