Abstract:
The diode-type cells of periodic systems on the base of the field cathodes are considered in the article. The first cell is located into the rectangular system, while the second cell is an element of cylindrical system. The problem is cell's modeling possibility of rectangular periodical lattice of axisymmetrical cathodes with the help of cylindrical cell. The field emitter is modeled by charged filament of limited length. The boundary problem for the Poisson's equation is solved. The virtual cathode method is used for calculating coefficient which is included in functions obtained from the solution of the Poisson's equation. In the result the functions of distribution electrostatic potential are found in analytical form in the systems based on the field tip. Zero equipotential is taken as cathode's surface. The graphs of the potential distribution in the system's areas are presented. Bibliogr. 14. Il. 3.
