Concerning the mutagenic activity of structural analogues of natural nucleosydes

Abstract: The mutagenic activity of $1-\beta -D$ eritrofuranozulbensimidazolide, $1-\beta -D$ eritrofuranozulbensotriazolide, $1-\beta -D$ ribofuranozylbensotriazolide on Drosophila melanogaster imago in non-toxic dozes and in LD50. It was shown that the number of induced recessive lethal mutations was not dependent of tested doses but the number of dominant lethal mutations was reliably increased for LD50. The tested substances induced more dominant lethal mutations in females than in males.
