Abstract: The structural algorithm of a method of final integral transformations constructs closed solution of the task on axes symmetrical oscillation of the spirally-multilayered non-uniform cylinder with the account of forces of viscous resistance. The cylinder is formed by winding of preliminary tense metal tape on elastic pliable tube. The spectrum of circular frequencies free axes symmetrical oscillations is analyzed.

Keywords: dynamic problem, loading, non-uniform, cylinder, spirally-multilayered, forces of viscous resistance, a method of final integrated transformations.
