Coalition decision support system designing

Abstract: We describe the main stages of designing and development of the coalition decision support system (DSS). The article includes the requirements to the model, the model description in the form of tuple structures, algorithm of multi-agent simulation, the program complex of the DSS and its implementation. The conclusion is made about the field of application of the developed DSS.
