Reconstruction of the parameters of the homogenous linear models of the gene network dynamics

Abstract: This work is devoted to analysis of the problem of reconstruction of the parameters of the linear models that appear in discrete modeling of the gene network dynamics. To solve the problem we use known modification of the inverse iteration method. The convergence of the algorithm have been proved and the rate of convergence estimate is obtained.
