A method of determining the material functions in the linear moment theory of elasticity

Abstract: The homogenization method is used to determine material fuctions in the linear moment theory of elasticity. The proposed technique is applied to find the material constant in the equilibrium problem for an infinite plane weakened by a circular hole.
