Abstract:
The central exponents of a linear Hamiltonian system are moved apart through uniformly small Hamiltonian perturbations of its coefficients, and then they are simultaneously attained by the Lyapunov exponents through infinitesimally small perturbations of the Hamiltonian system obtained.
