The Noetherian conditions and the index of some class of singular integral operators over a bounded simply connected domain

Abstract: Efficient necessary and sufficient Noethericity conditions are obtained in the paper for two-dimensional singular integral operators on Lebesgue spaces with weight, a formula for computing their indices is given.
