$4$-tuple covering of the Mathieu group $M_{22}$

Abstract: In this paper, the method of constructing exceptional coverings of finite groups by investigating lattices in Euclidean spaces is demonstrated. Namely, the $4$-tuple cover of the sporadic Mathieu group $M_{22}$ is constructed.
