Dynamics of rigid body with viscous filler: qualitative analysis

Abstract: The problem of motion by inertia of a rigid body with an ellipsoidal cavity filled with liquid in the presence of internal friction is discussed. The global qualitative analysis of system dynamics and the limiting motions are given.
