Solution of the Lame problem by the Filonenko-Borodich method based on a new variational principle

Abstract: A method of constructing the stress tensor using the Filonenko–Borodich method is proposed to solve a variational problem that corresponds to the new problem of stress proposed by Â. E. Pobedrya.
