A new method for exactly solving the bending problem for a hingedly supported plate under the action of a piezoelectric actuator

Abstract: The exact solution based on the Navier solution of the bending problem for a simply supported rectangular orthotropic Kirchhoff–Love plate under the action of a piezoelectric actuator in the form of an eigenfunction series is obtained.
