Estimates for diameters of Sobolev classes of small-order smoothness

Abstract: We obtain some precise in the degree scale estimates of the Kolmogorov diameters of the class $\widetilde{W}_p^r$ with $1/p-1/q<r\le1/p$, $2\le p<q<\infty$ in the metric of $L^q$.
