Simultaneous approximation of several linear forms

Abstract: We study a generalization of a multi-dimensional Pade's problem and a problem on one linear form. We find the orthogonality relations and some sufficient conditionsfor the uniqueness of the solution. In the fable of solutions we select a sequence of a special type. For this sequence we introduce the notion of the normal indices and obtain some recurrence relations.
