Optimal control of semilinear Sobolev type systems in the problems excluding control costs

Abstract: Sufficient conditions are obtained for solution existence of a control problem for a system, dynamics of which is described by semilinear Sobolev type equation. The problem contains a quality functional not depending on the control explicitly.
