The method of the rational location of cameras of video observation in the system of control and management of the access

Abstract: The problem of placing the camera and the existing experience expressed in state standards of Russian Federation and in recommendations of the Russian Interior Ministry of Russian Federation, are considered. The algorithm of automated engineering of video observation system is described. The key steps of the algorithm, the input and output parameters of the basic procedures and functions are stated.
