Formation of a rating mark of education quality on the basis of a fuzzy graph model

Abstract: A methodology for calculating a rating mark of the quality of educational services is proposed basing on a fuzzy graph model and using expert information that can be useful not only at the estimation of the level of the educational services provided by institutions of higher education, but also at the problem definition of the effective management of the educational process.
