Development of the system of the parameters for a model of educational process at marine educational institution

Abstract: New complexes of the parameters to define efficiency and quality of educational institution activity (indicators of potential and indicators of productivity), introduced into the model of educational process are offered. The distinctive feature of the work is the fact that the specialized indicators for development of the model of educational process at the marine educational institution are taken into account. Modeling, carried out with consideration of the introduced indicators, will help define the directions, to which the educational institution has to pay special attention. As a method of adoption the administrative decisions it is offered to use the analysis of hierarchies by T. Saaty. Based on the method, the mathematical model is considered and the description of the general positions of the automated information system to support modeling of the educational process aimed at increase in efficiency and quality of training of sea employees is given.
