Optimization models of resources selection for management of the project sets taking into account the dependence of the quality results, risks and expenses
Abstract:
The short literary review on the work subject is executed. The shortcomings of the existing approaches to optimization of the plans of the projects, included in the most widespread software for the project management and the groups of the projects, are shown. The types of the resources, used when planning and actual realization of the works connected with the project management, are analyzed. The paper considers the expediency of extension of the resources nomenclature and detailed account during planning the characteristics of the resource "units". It is proved that the efficiency assessment for the project management and the groups of the projects can be carried out from different positions: project managers; executives (groups of executives) of separate works and their sets; customers of the projects, who usually are also "operators of the projects results". The interests of these groups of people partially differ, that can generally demand development of the compromise solutions. It is shown that in the existing algorithms and software of the project management the choice of the resources and their combinations for performance of the separate works are carried out actually without taking into account the influence of the received results on the project quality, their usefulness and risks for customers of the projects. The paper considers in detail three types of the mathematical models for choice optimization of the resource sets for implementation of the individual projects and their groups: from the positions of the people, who are carrying out the project management (taking into account terms, cost of works organization, income, quality of work results and risks); from the positions of the future operators of the "project results" (taking into account terms, expenses, results of work qualities, which influence "advantage" and operational risks); complex — considering the interests of both groups. The mathematical statement of the tasks is given. The possible approaches to the solution of the specified optimizing tasks are analyzed, their computing efficiency is estimated.
