Abstract:
The results of a number of experimental and analytical studies on the organization and automation of the technological processes in the processing of raw materials of plant origin are presented. The technology and design solutions for the organization of the processing of the vege-table raw materials are developed. On the basis of the mathematical model of heat and mass transfer in the dehydration of biopolymer products, it is possible to develop an algorithm and a software in order to control processing and drying of the vegetable raw materials. The main principles of the automation of the process control using a specially developed unit for spray drying are determined. The results of the studies on the development of the automated control system parameters and operating modes of the spray dryer are given. Further researches will help develop hardware-software complexes and drying units for a number of products, the operational modes of which change fast, depending on the raw materials and the end product. The results of the studies are necessary to establish the modern industries of the processing of plant raw materials and production of high-grade semi-finished and finished products with the improved consumer properties.
