Information support of operational management by the telecommunication company

Abstract: The models of activity of the telecommunication enterprise such as the model of life cycle of telecommunication services according to the ISO-9004-1:1994 standard and the model of activity of the enterprise for providing service of Internet access according to the scheme of IDF0 which can be used at creation of the system of adoption of administrative decisions are given. The mathematical models of management activity of the telecommunication enterprise are developed. For formalization of representation of the structure of all diverse resources by production of telecommunication services it is offered to use a mathematical model on the basis of a matrix of resources. The offered hierarchical structure of the purposes of management is developed by the telecommunication company on the basis of the analysis of internal and external company environment. The study describes the formation of the structure of the purposes of administration in details.
