Abstract:
The possibility of the practical use of the alternative, proposed by the authors, of concordance coefficient is considered. The procedure of using splits into two cases. The first case includes a small amount of the estimated parameters and experts; in this case, the analysis of the significance of the concordance coefficient is proposed to conduct using the tables of exact values and the graphics of distribution. The second case covers a large number of estimated parameters; in this case, to analyze the significance of the concordance coefficient the authors suggest using its asymptotic behavior. The ratio characterizing the relation of traditional and alternative concordance coefficient is obtained.
