Analysis of electronic document circulation system usage in the executive authorities of the Russian Federation

Abstract: The analytical work on the study of the effectiveness of the implementation of the concept of e-government in the Russian Federation considered objective indicators that directly affect the successful implementation of the concept of e-government at the federal level. The main problems impeding the implementation of interagency electronic document circulation and interagency electronic interaction are defined. The priority areas of work necessary for the correct and full implementation of e-government concept are stated.
