Modeling and approaches to control the business processes in microfinance organizations

Abstract: The approach to the management and modeling of the technology of functioning of microfinance institutions, based on a preliminary description of the business process of the organization is proposed. The classification of the main components of the microfinance process is described; the logic model of the business process of public microcredit, which, in turn, includes three most important technologies of functioning of the microfinance institution is presented. The analysis of designing tools of business process models is made and the most appropriate notation of graphical user representation of the business process of MFI is chosen. The functional diagram of the business process is presented. The practical implementation of the described procedure for designing in one of the Astrakhan companies demonstrated the efficiency of the presented approach.
