Abstract:
The scheme of the construction of the mathematical model of complex safety of computer systems and networks on the basis of expert judgments is proposed. The elements of system form a hierarchy, and the factors of one sublevel of hierarchy consist of preference relations/indifference to each other. It is shown that the application of the modified method of lax ranking makes it possible to determine Fishbern’s weights for the factors of one level of hierarchy. The generalization of data of weights to the general case of the preference/indifferenceof factors in respect of each other is made.
