Abstract:
The algorithm is made and the program of the numerical decision of system of the differential equations of heat-mass exchanging under the implicit scheme, in actual practice process of drying of a solution of sulfonol in the foamed condition at an infra-red power supply is developed. The developed physical and mathematical model of heat-mass exchange is realized in drying of sulfonol at rational regime parametres of the process. As a result the field of distribution of temperatures on a thickness of foam depending on concentration of solids in a dehydrated product is received. The analysis of graphic approximation of temperature fields during rational modes of the process is carried out.
