Corporate knowledge base as means to provide uninterrupted operation of information systems

Abstract: Operation characteristics of enterprise information systems are considered in the paper. Some arrangements, necessary to provide data safety, kept on different components of information systems, are offered. Participation aspects of enterprise’s personal in operation of information systems are considered. The conception of the removal system of information systems faults is developed. It enables to increase the efficiency of enterprise functioning due to decreasing in downtime, caused by faults of information systems.
