Object-oriented software developer skill estimation method

Abstract: This article describes the problem of automated estimation of developers’ activity during the development of object-oriented software. It is offered to estimate the influence value on quality indicators of the project for changes made by individual project developer. The vector of influence factors on the project is calculated on the base of the estimating method of quality indicators. The article proposes two ways of influence vectors calculating: simple and integrated. The vector of influence factors can be used to estimate the developer’s competence.
