Abstract:
Quality of management in the apartment houses is estimated according to the set of characteristics which provide necessary degree of satisfaction of prospective requirements of proprietors of premises. The purpose of the research is perfection of management of an apartment house. The alternatives are determined in the course of monitoring of management quality in an apartment house, as points of the criterion space presented in a formal kind as a criterion representation of KP. To solve the given tasks the solution methods are required. These methods of the estimation problem solution are based on the expert procedures. The estimation problem in the monitoring system of quality of management of an apartment house consists in a choice of criteria $kk_1,\dots,kk_g$. The method of expert estimations is the method of forecasting based on achievement of the consent by a commission of experts. For long-term forecasting it is necessary to work with experts under accurately verified plan and the developed method. The solution of the estimation problem is possible with using the method of expert estimations. Developed algorithm, schemes and the examination method will allow to execute monitoring of quality of management of an apartment house.
