The Effective Interaction of the Radiation Field with a Strong Classical Electromagnetic Field

Abstract: The article views the problem of non-locality of the radiation field effective interaction with a strong external field. An interaction operator allowing to take into account the natural non-locality of this interaction is derived from the analysis of the relevant Feynman diagrams of quantum electrodynamics.
